Monitor your internal dialog

You are going to talk to yourself we all do !  The question is which voice are you going to listen to.  We have voices coming at us from all directions, from past experiences, other people, the TV and radio… we are bombarded.   So it is a good idea for you to control your inner dialog because if you don’t someone else will.

One of the best ways to do this is to find out what the bible says about you and memorize those scriptures.  Then when you are facing your own giants in life…and we all do,  you can direct your internal dialog with the truth of Gods word.
