Today is the first day of my six month journey. The actual day was Monday October 24th. The first couple of days of this blog may not be dated correctly because I was getting the website and blog set up and not posting these live. After a few days this will all be current.
I will try to blog every day.
On days that it isn’t possible I will combine multiple days into one blog.
My starting weight is 221 lbs.
I will give a summary of my work out, eating and any thoughts or challenges I am having along the way.

You are a little OCD when it comes to recording things to make sure you are on track.
You know the type they have a note book in the gym and then you see them in a restaurant recording everything they eat.
I can’t do that personally but there is a big advantage to tracking what you eat, at least for a while to keep yourself accountable.
Like writing your goals down does something in your subconscious mind so does writing down your meals.
