What is positive fitness?
The title of my newest book is The Power of Positive Fitness.
The obvious question is why positive fitness?
Positive Fitness is being physically, mentally and spiritually fit.
Usually when we think about fitness it is physical fitness that comes to mind.

Being stagnant at work will not only stop you from moving forward but may cost you your job.

A strong national economy starts with a strong personal economy.
A strong personal economy takes, energy, focus and discipline.
I don’t think it is a coincidence that one of the worst economies is accompanied by one of the worst health crises in history.
Obesity is out of control and is wreaking havoc on peoples health and our economy.

The cake may satisfy a short term need but lead you further from your goal and make you discouraged.
That drink may make you forget about your problems but once it is out of your system you will feel worse.

Every year diligent people sit down and define their goals for the coming year, and with good reason. Goals work!
But in order to achieve goals you must have empowering habits to support your desired outcome.

Say it isn’t so!!
The reality is that anything taken to an obsessive extreme is unhealthy and therefore will have a negative impact on your life.
